Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your AceStat account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what gets deleted.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

Open AceStat and tap your profile avatar (top-right).
Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete my account.”
Confirm twice. Your account and all data are permanently removed immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email support@vuvatechnologies.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my AceStat account.” We will verify your request and delete your account and data within 30 days (typically much sooner).

What gets deleted

Deletion permanently removes all data associated with your account, including:

Your login/account (email and credentials).
Your profile and all players you created (names, birth month/year, ZIP code, ratings, USTA #).
All matches, per-point data and statistics, tournaments, development goals, and scheduled games.

This action cannot be undone, and no personal data is retained after deletion (aside from anything we are legally required to keep, such as records required for tax or fraud prevention, which do not include your match or player data).
