Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AceStat mobile application (“the App”), operated by VUVA Technologies LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for any players and data you add, and for keeping your login credentials secure. If you add information about a minor (such as your child), you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian and are authorized to do so.

2. License to use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial match-tracking purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to access other users’ data, disrupting the service, reverse-engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you enter (players, matches, statistics, etc.). You grant us the limited right to store and process that data solely to provide the App to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Service changes & availability

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, and statistics and derived values (such as calculated age) are provided for convenience and may not be exact.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VUVA Technologies LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see our Account & Data Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
